Delete your data

Health data only

In the app, choose Delete my health data. It removes health samples, daily Calls, notes you typed, and the health consent record, and it disconnects WHOOP, including revoking access at WHOOP. Deletion finishes within 30 days. XP already earned stays, because it holds no health values.

The whole account, in the app

1. Open the account screen. Delete account is the last row, above Sign out.
2. Read what goes and what stays. You can add a reason. It is stored with the deletion job.
3. Ask for a code. We send it to the phone number or email on the account.
4. Enter the code and confirm. Deletion runs then. Wearable data is deleted within 30 days.

If you cannot use the app

Email ks@atlethiq.com from the email on the account, or include the phone number you use to sign in. Use the subject “Delete my EyeQ account”. We send a one-time code so that someone else cannot delete it. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email or SMS.

What goes and what stays

Cleared: phone, email, Google link, display name, photo, sport, level, date of birth, goal, settings, notification tokens, self-ratings, and wearable data, including daily Calls and notes you typed. Boards and shared game history stop showing your name. They show “A player in your Flock”, or the current week’s row is dropped.

Kept: ledgers of XP and similar totals, without your name, so other people’s records still add up. They contain no health values.

We delete the product-analytics record for your user id with the account.
