Connected services
EyeQ reads a source only after you connect it. Naming WHOOP, COROS, Samsung, Garmin, Fitbit, or Google describes the connection. None of them endorses EyeQ or Atlethiq.
WHOOP
What it shares
Recovery (heart-rate variability and resting heart rate), sleep, cycles, and workouts, limited to the scopes you approve. We do not show this to other users or on leaderboards. We do not send it to Zip. We do not use it to train an AI model.
How it arrives
You authorise EyeQ on WHOOP’s own consent screen. EyeQ then reads WHOOP’s cloud API for your account.
Disconnect in EyeQ
Disconnect WHOOP in the app. We revoke EyeQ’s access and delete the WHOOP data we hold within 30 days.
Disconnect at the provider
You can also remove EyeQ in WHOOP. The same deletion follows.

COROS
What it shares
Sleep and heart rate that the COROS app has written to Health Connect, limited to the types you allow and to what The Call uses. The COROS app does not currently write heart-rate variability or resting heart rate to Health Connect. We do not show this to other users or on leaderboards. We do not send it to Zip. We do not use it to train an AI model.
How it arrives
The COROS app can write to Health Connect on your phone. EyeQ reads those records from Health Connect, for the types you allow. EyeQ does not connect to COROS’s cloud in this version, and it does not write to Health Connect.
Disconnect in EyeQ
Disconnect Health Connect in the app, or turn off EyeQ’s permission in Health Connect. We delete the COROS records we hold within 30 days.
Disconnect at the provider
In the COROS app, turn off sharing to Health Connect.

Samsung Health
What it shares
Records Samsung Health has written to Health Connect, limited to the types you allow and to what The Call uses. Samsung Health does not currently write heart-rate variability or resting heart rate to Health Connect, so those two do not come from Samsung Health. We do not show this to other users or on leaderboards. We do not send it to Zip. We do not use it to train an AI model.
How it arrives
Samsung Health can write to Health Connect on your phone. EyeQ reads those records from Health Connect, for the types you allow. EyeQ does not connect to Samsung’s cloud and does not write to Health Connect.
Disconnect in EyeQ
Disconnect Health Connect in the app, or turn off EyeQ’s permission in Health Connect. We delete the Samsung Health records we hold within 30 days.
Disconnect at the provider
In Samsung Health, turn off sharing to Health Connect.

Garmin
What it shares
Records Garmin Connect has written to Health Connect, limited to the types you allow and to what The Call uses. Garmin’s own metrics that remain in Garmin Connect are not included. We do not show this to other users or on leaderboards. We do not send it to Zip. We do not use it to train an AI model.
How it arrives
If Garmin Connect writes to Health Connect on your phone, EyeQ reads those records for the types you allow. EyeQ does not connect to Garmin’s cloud. Metrics that stay in Garmin Connect are not read.
Disconnect in EyeQ
Disconnect Health Connect in the app, or turn off EyeQ’s permission in Health Connect. We delete the Garmin records we hold within 30 days.
Disconnect at the provider
In Garmin Connect, stop writing to Health Connect.

Fitbit (via Google Health)
What it shares
Records Google Health has written to Health Connect from Fitbit, limited to the types you allow and to what The Call uses. What arrives depends on what that app writes. We do not show this to other users or on leaderboards. We do not send it to Zip. We do not use it to train an AI model.
How it arrives
The Fitbit app, through Google Health, can write to Health Connect on your phone. EyeQ reads those records from Health Connect, for the types you allow. EyeQ does not connect to Fitbit’s cloud.
Disconnect in EyeQ
Disconnect Health Connect in the app, or turn off EyeQ’s permission in Health Connect. We delete the Fitbit records we hold within 30 days.
Disconnect at the provider
In the Fitbit app or Google Health, stop sharing with Health Connect. Google’s privacy policy is linked on the Health Connect row.

Android Health Connect
What it shares

The Android app reads Health Connect on your phone, for the types you allow. It does not write to Health Connect.
Disconnect in EyeQ
Disconnect Health Connect in the app, or turn off EyeQ’s permission in Health Connect. We delete that source’s wearable data within 30 days.
Disconnect at the provider
On the phone, open Health Connect’s permission screen for EyeQ and turn the types off.

Effort on a 1 to 10 scale, how you feel, and a short note.
How it arrives
You type them into EyeQ.
Disconnect in EyeQ
Delete them with Delete my health data, or they go when the account is deleted. Deletion is within 30 days.
Disconnect at the provider
No other company holds these notes.
Not offered
EyeQ does not collect data from these.
